Hi, I'm April
I have been baking since I could see over the counter. My mom is a fantastic cook/baker and taught me everything I know. I have always wanted to open my own bakery and once my son started high school I thought it would be the perfect time! I opened Figs & Honey Cake Co. in August of 2019. I am 100% self taught, I love to try new things so I take any opportunity I have to learn more. I am obsessed with quality and work nonstop to better my work. Baking with organic ingredients is very important to me, that is why I use the highest quality I can find to produce extraordinary cakes. I love what I do and I am excited to share it with you!
